KNM Group Bhd (RM0.68/share) Fixes two-call rights shares issue price at RM1

KNM Group Bhd has fixed the issue price of the two-call rights shares at RM1, payable in 40 sen cash for the first call rights and 60 sen capitalised from the company’s share premium account for the second one. In a filing with Bursa yesterday, KNM said the subscribing shareholders of the company will not be required to make any further cash payment after the payment for the first call. The company has also fixed the exercise price for the warrants at RM1 for every one new share.
