IHH Healthcare Bhd (RM3.18/share) Gets Shanghai business licence

IHH Healthcare Bhd’s wholly owned unit Shanghai Shu Kang Hospital Investment Management Co Ltd has secured a business licence from Shanghai Industrial and Commerce Bureau (SICB), enabling it to establish a special purpose vehicle, Shanghai Mai Kang Hospital Investment Management Co Ltd. Shanghai Mai Kang is slated to have an initial registered capital of 41.3mil yuan or RM20.1mil. The licence from SICB is valid until Sept 23, 2020.
